My wife and I went to Park City, UT for her birthday over Labor Day weekend. Through Hilton, we were able to reserve a condo at the Stein Eriksen Residences and are so pleased we did. The staff there is phenomenal - knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to your every need. The concierge desk staff - in particular Nathalie, Somelia and Joe all helped answer my list of questions, made great recommendations on places to eat and things to do and made our visit feel like home. We had rented a car figuring we'd just drive places, but the hotel offered a personal shuttle service which we took for 90% of our excursions. Dallen and Darrell took us where we wanted to go and also offered their perspective on hiking, eating and activities. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious (for the time we were actually there). We took advantage of the daily breakfast buffet, and Angela was there to greet us each day and remembered our drink orders from day to day. The views from the restaurant, pool etc. are just exquisite. The pool and hot tubes were warm and inviting and the workout room is fully equipped. Overall it was a great experience, one which we will definitely repeat!!

We went here after our wedding, as a small honeymoon! The staff was amazing, we had the entire infinity pool and locker rooms (saunas) to our self. The restaurant has an amazing view, the food is also yummy.Desserts were a bonus (we got them as take out the second night) also want to mention how we practically had the entire restaurant to ourself. The mattress was SOOO comfortable. |My only complaint would be no room service, and the blinds/shades were a little flimsy (and let in a little too much light). But other than that.. wonderful stay.|We will be returning!

It was our first time staying at the Stein Eriksen Residences and we had a mind-blowing experience. The moment we arrived, Katherine greeted and welcomed us. Joe was very nice and happy to have us. I can tell he’s very proud of the property and would love for us to experience all it has to offer. We were so excited. They gave our kids welcome toys. It’s something that we really appreciate. When people acknowledge and love our kids being around, we feel at home. Dallen was very knowledgeable during the property tour and made sure to have us settle in our room. The property had breathtaking views of the mountains. The infinity pool was the best. It was heated, it was connected to an indoor pool with a splash pad perfect for our kids. You feel the luxury the moment you step into the Suite. There was a hot tub and the whole place felt like home. We had dinner with a view and all the staff were so welcoming. The buffet breakfast and the servers in the morning were amazing too. We can’t wait to stay there again.

Great location, close to Main St, Olympic Park, and hiking trails. Pools and hot tub have infinite mountain. Spa services were very good and on site dinner restaurant had incredible food. All the staff were very engaged and felt like they actually wanted you to be there! Thanks to Happy, Nathalie, Brandon, Cris, and Precious for making this a very special trip.

What an amazing experience. My wife and I came to visit family over Labor day 24. It was a transition period for the property (after summer crowds and pre ski season). The unit was as to be expected from a 5 Star property. 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath with fully stocked professional kitchen. The 2 fireplaces were a magical addition as the evenings and mornings were a bit chilly in Park City. All of the staff from the restaurant, bell desk, concierge, front desk and valet were incredibly pleasant and committed to top quality service. We got a chance to speak to a few of the staff which were in different roles than what they normally worked during the season. They were all incredibly cheerful and happy to be engaged with the property. However, the most impressive thing about this property was the commitment to do whatever was needed to please the guest with a high level of urgency. We frequently came down from the unit to request a ride from the shuttle when the shuttle was already on the road and in each case, the bell desk, concierge or front desk would have someone jump up and pull another vehicle around to immediately get us where we wanted to go. My brother (who we came to town to visit) came over one evening to cook for us in the beautiful kitchen and we couldn't find the cork screw to open the wine he had brought with him. We called down and within 90 seconds, a front desk agent was at the door with one. 40 years of travel with lifetime Titanium status with Bonvoy and Diamond status with Hilton and I have never been to a property where the entire team would stop at nothing to try to immediately satisfy the guest. We will be back soon.

The Stein Eriksen Residences are first class accommodations situated about 5 minutes up the mountain from Park City with amazing views of the Wasatch range. The friendly, helpful SER staff create a special personal experience - from the valet/bell guys Conner, Brandon, and Dallen to the super front desk/concierge team of Nathalie, Katherine, Precious, Somelia, Joe, and Chris. The 7880 restaurant provides excellent cuisine - among the best in the area - along with an attentive, friendly staff and more breathtaking views. The 7880 daily breakfast buffet is top quality. Last but not least, the SER housekeeping team provides excellent, friendly service: daily cleaning and turn-down. All in all, our family had a wonderful stay. The SER team makes the difference.

Absolutely best experience ever. Our stay here was absolutely surreal. Management/ Staff went beyond our expectations. Every single person that works here, truly loves their job and their management. Extremely helpful and very kind. Absolutely everyone we meet during our stay! We had our best getaway here. Food was great, other Stein Eriksen restaurant was amazing. Food, drinks and staff. Very memorable experience, trip, activities, food and so on. After having such amazing time wanted to stay for more days, no wonder our flight got delayed for more than 10hrs. Was not even bothered. Who runs Stein Eriksen deserves a huge applause. Such humble and kind people. Thank you so much once again for taking SUCH good care of us. Highly Highly recommend this place to stay not only during winter season but also summer. Thank you for perfect getaway! We will be back!

I came here with my wife for our wedding anniversary. It is a beautiful location with amazing views and amenities. We loved our room, it was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were very helpful from the moment we came to when we left. They dropped us off on main street so we could eat some dinner, and picked us up when we were ready.
