Hotel con soli 3 anni di vita, molto vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada, costruito in modo da sembrare "vecchio stile latino-americano". In realtà é poco economico e dà una grande sensazione di "artificiale" (ma forse é solo il mio punto di vista da italiano che mi fa avere questa opinione).

Hosting our wedding here was a dream come true. I am so thankful for Bahar M. & Laura H. for assisting me in creating the most perfect wedding day ever. I had a million+ questions and details to review, and both Laura & Bahar were available and more than happy to assist. I felt so taken care of from my quick wedding (8-week) turn around, to the wedding day, to our mini-moon vacation post wedding. We can't wait to celebrate our anniversaries with this team! We're so happy we created some of our most special memories at the Inn at the Mission, SJC.

We arrived several hours early for check in and Tyler helped us. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. He allowed us to check in early and gave us a room upgrade as well. We were very impressed with his professionalism and a helpfulness. We were given tickets to get into the mission and enjoyed the tour very much. Our room was clean and comfortable. We used the pool which was sparking clean and refreshing. The hotel grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit in the evening. We would love to come back and stay again!

Everything about this hotel is great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have stayed here twice so far, and this is my new go-to place when in the OC area. The rooms are always perfectly cleaned and the hotel lobby and bar area is absolutely well organized and clean.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby in walking distance and the in house breakfast is good too.
Parking is a bit on the expensive side since it's valet only, and the poll is on the small side as well. I think this place is not best suited for families with small kids.

Looking forward to staying here again, both work and vacation

I’m staying at this hotel writing this review. I think this hotel is fine if you are not accustomed to good quality. Unfortunately we do pay top dollar and that is what makes it disappointing. The hotel is beautiful. We have two rooms and they are nice. The pool area is small and a third of the chairs are only available at a premium. The constant loud short playlist of country music that is playing everywhere from early in the morning till late in the evening is just awful. If we want to have a conversation we need to go to the room. I brought a book to the pool, but you need to bring your noise canceling headset to be able to focus on the text. The servers at the pool are nice. One gentleman at the cafe gave good service after I received a very very overcooked poached egg. And the guys who do the valet parking are nice too. The rest of the team is either inexperienced, poorly managed or doesn’t care.

Gorgeous hotel. Outstanding staff especially April at the front desk. Personable, attentive, knowledgeable, a true asset to Marriott. Rooms are beautiful with attention to every detail. Restaurants, pool, outdoor spaces all exceptional. Decor is stunning. Parking staff drives you in the Moke to Los Rios Historical District. Location is perfection immediately next door to the Mission. My only negative would be the excessive parking fee.

We stayed here as most of our family members were at this location for a wedding we were all in town for. Whilst this is a beautiful hotel, that is very clean and well looked after, I would have expected more for the hefty price that we paid for 2 nights.|The rooms are small! We had a double queen bedroom that was cramped and the bathroom was small with little counter space. Admitted it was myself, wife and 2 small son's in a room, but we have stayed in much cheaper hotels that had twice the amount of space. We were just falling over ourselves in the room.|The $40 a day fee, which you can get back as drink or food credit, just seems a way of getting you to drink at their bar and eat at their restaurant where you will spend more money. The bar prices were not as bad as I was expecting.|$48 overnight valley parking is way overpriced.|Nice hotel if you like spending money, but I will stay elsewhere for a better price.

My wife and I spent a night here for a little baby-moon getaway in early July. The property was beautiful, upscale, and extremely relaxing. Facilities are new and well maintained. The staff were polite, friendly, warm, and professional. We stayed in a regular King bed room on the 2nd floor. The bed was very comfy and the sheets were very upscale.||One thing we loved about the Inn was how quiet and removed it feels while there, but also how close to everything in the town you are. The property is right next to the 5, but you would never know it or hear it. ||We walked all over old town San Juan Capistrano and never needed to take the Moke (ev vehicle the property had for use).||Lots of area on the property to relax and plenty of upscale fire pits and trees to spend time by at nighttime.||Tip: There is a $40 “destination fee” that is included, BUT you can use that towards $40 of food/drink on property!||Tip #2: Parking on property is valet only and $50+ per night. You can avoid this by parking on the bottom floor of the City public parking structure right next to the Train station in spots 1-34. This lot charges $12 per 24-hours in these spots only. It’s a short 5-10 minute walk from the hotel itself
