I've been here a few times and it's always fun. Last night, for some reason, the food took forever. I ordered mozzarella sticks (which were very tasty) at 6:15. The show started at 7 and I got them after the show started. My friends ordered some food around 6:45 and they didn't get it until after 8. The show ended before they could finish eating! Besides that, our waiter was very nice. It's not like it was his fault. I would go again. Hopefully the cook was just having an off night.

Went there for a fundraiser last month. The food was 25 min late, the fries were cold and burnt. No prices on menu. When the bill came I thought my wife was going to have a stroke close to $18.00 for the fries!!! The show was good but I won’t order any food from them.

Prices are reduced if you’re paying for the tickets you shouldn’t be charged for regular soda I understand if you charge for alcoholic drinks but soda usually if you buy the tickets sold I should be complementary not a waitress bringing me extra larger cups and they’re expecting me to pay $150 bill. When the burgers and the part it was like 15 bucks then I paid for soda she kept on bringing it out and then tell me that you have to pay for each cup of soda when usually most restaurants soda or die cola is complementary. Yes they have good comics on there but you don’t charge for a soda usually you charge for one soda then the rest are complementary specially if you pay tickets that are over 150 bucks.

Great comedy club, decent food, on our most recent visit we experienced poor service. Not bad enough to seek out the manager, but disappointing that we were not treated properly by our server.

A/C wasn’t working, it had to be 90 degrees inside for the show. It looked like the ceiling was collapsing and the prices of the food/ drinks is outrageous. You would think you are at a 5 star restaurant with the prices. The whole place needs a major renovation

5 stars for the ambiance, service by Steve, our waiter and comedy. The Governors nachos with meat.....eh, 3 stars.

We had a great time last night at McGuire at Governor's comedy. The atmosphere was awesome and the comics, all new to the biz, were great too! We loved the Long Island boy, Donna and Nick the attorney. They were all great and really have it their all.

I can't wait to go there again and this time, I will try the other food. The Governor's nachos were just ok, good nosh, loaded with jalapeños.

Steve our waiter did a great job as well.

My wife attended a show there tonight (I was not able to attend) and ordered food at 7pm. By nearly 10 the food never arrived. They kept promising to bring it out, but never did. They compped the food which still didn't show up by the time the show ended. So she paid nothing for 3 hours of no food. And apparently complaints were rampant that night.

Will not spend another cent at this place. This was for a fundraiser. I will be paying the beneficiary directly rather than set foot in this place again.
