Messaged D&C to see if they could fix my oven for me, and the customer service I received was top class. Dean was really helpful, friendly and also moved things around to keep the cost down for us. I had to nip out and he was fantastic with my partner who can be anxious with new people. Absolutely would recommend to anyone.

Dean came to look at our 17 year old dishwasher that has served us well hoping that it could be fixed. He found the problem but said that due to it’s age the parts are no longer made but he went out of his way to try and find the part from old stock held. rang back next day unable to find the part needed which was understandable so we discussed and then ordered a new dishwasher from him at a very competitive price in fact better than the big companies as the price included fitting as it was an integrated machine and also taking away the old machine.
I can well believe all the 5 star reviews Dean has received, can’t understand the 1 star review, think she may have mixed him up with the other bad 1 star reviews she has written. I am so glad I found him recommended on facebook.
Dean was very polite, helpful and considerate i would definitely recommend him and will definitely use his company in future.

My tumble dryer pack in .rang these they came out first and give me a free estimate for repair on a Saturday morning which is brilliant.
Ordered part fixed today on a day that was good for me .can't recommend these enough .fantastic service very reasonable pricing. Will use again if needed and will recommend

called these guys regarding a spinning problem with the washer, to cut a long story short we were not putting enough in the washer and the drum couldn't balance properly. the guy who came out explained it to us and was very nice and helpful. i asked how much he wanted and he said nothing it was ok. a very professional setup which i do not hesitate in recommending. thanks again.

Very rude man. Really bad experience. Seemed like a massive inconvenience asking for help with my washing machine.
Explained I needed feet for my washing machine but basically told me they are impossible to get and tough luck. I won’t be using them again or recommending them to anyone else. Thank god it was free call out because I would not have paid for that poor service!
