Does this company still work in the 90's?!?!?! CANNOT GET HOLD OF THEM FOR THE LIFE OF ME. When on the phone to the tens of numbers available online it even mentions if you are using a rotary phone!!!

Rude staff at the despatch office. They tell lies, then just disappear when they feel like it. Leave you standing out in the cold and rain. Take hours sometimes to pull a car. They are just generally unhelpful and need a change of attitude

I found the security and security manager very unhelpful and unorganised, but most shocked with discriminatory behaviour and attitude I was subdued too.
Appalled and shocked that a company operating at this level feel discrimination is acceptable in 2020!

I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR DELIVERY AGAIN, WAITING FOR A FULL WEEK FOR DELIVERY, GOT DELIVERY CONFORMATION BUT THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP, YOU CAN'T GET HOLD OF ANYONE AS THE PHONE JUST RINGS OUT NO ANSWER. I'D RATHER PAY DOUBLE WHAT THEY CHARGE THAN USE THEM AGAIN, AWFUL COMPANY, NO ORGANISATION IT'S AS IF NO ONE WORKS THERE!!!!

Very bad attitude. All staff are always very grumpy even if the customer are very polite and smiling at them . Manhime counter is heaven, C Walton is a hell .
