Tiene buenos precios, y sirven buena porción. Pero el Servicio no es muy amigable. Cuando visitas por primera vez un lugar y es diferente cultura hay que preguntar, nos sentimos algo incómodos. Las flautas sabian y parecian las de cajita?El T Bone Steak sabia recalentado(no fresco). El Ribeye estaba muy cocido(no preguntaron q termino) Y el arroz sabia recalentado. Éxitos!

We ordered online and it took forever to get here and by the time it got here it was cold (yes I know we ordered it) but like when I say cold I mean cold like it had been sitting in a fridge the inside of my burrito was cold to the touch, then we tried to heat it up and it just became a gross looking mess. But that’s not even the worst part…. WE FOUND A PEICE OF NAIL IN OUR FOOD. Like someone cut their nails in the food. I hate leaving reviews especially bad ones but this needed one. A whole nail chip in our food (the steak and onions plate thing) We tried to call the restaurant. No answer.
And before you say it’s my nails I have acrylics so can’t be that

When I got home all the food was cold I only live a mile away so no reason for it to be cold. The cheese in the chili rellanos isn't even melted, I spent 88 dollars and being all the food was cold It was all wasted because when I tried going in when I was able to the next day with all the food in bags still explaining why we hadn't eaten any of it asking for it to be remade we were rudely denied to have any of it remade. And when asking to talk to a manager we were rudely told no. Also recorded poor service from this lady the night prior when we had ordered the food in the first place because she was mad that we ordered a family meal for 4 to go. We still tipped her 8 dollars even though she didn't bring us chips and salsa to eat just because we were ordering a family meal to go we still were wanting to eat some there and asked for one of the deserts to be served to us there and one of the deserts to be served to go. Instead she bagged it all up and was just rude the whole time. Hoping posting this review will get us some sort of refund or replacement of the food.

A few months ago, I ordered take out burrito from this place and, to my surprise, there were chips and salsa in the bag! The burrito was good so I tried to dine in last night. I didn't get the chips and salsa until I asked. That's a thing when you sit down in a Mexican restaurant. This time I ordered the carnitas that were dry chunks sitting in a puddle of grease- not good. The quality of the service was down there with the quality of the food. Sorry, but I can't recommend this place.

I ordered the burrito Colorado which is with a red chili and it had nice pieces of meat in it and had some heat which I unexpected but was really good. Their Margaritas are reasonably priced and their top shelf is excellent. The server Veronica took very good care of me

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life and I’m so confused lol… We placed a sizable order through Door Dash. The restaurant does not allow you to write in notes/modifications/instructions (which itself is annoying because it doesn’t account for people who have allergies or sensitivities to certain ingredients or the simple fact that customers have differing preferences!) There was no menu option for chips on Door Dash. There was an option for salsa, but no indication about whether the salsa comes with chips or not. I called the restaurant to confirm. The woman who answered had the nastiest attitude.

First, she talked over me and acted like I was inconveniencing her by calling. I told her we had “just” placed an order via Door Dash. She cut me off and asked when I placed the order and whether this was yesterday. I said we had just placed it a moment ago. She said I have no orders! And then said maybe it was coming through. She was about to hang up on me and I asked her to wait because I was calling with a question - did the salsa come with chips? She said I should have put chips in the order. I told her there was no such option. Did the salsa come with chips? Then, she explained that “it’s the restaurant’s choice” and “depends on whether she has time.” So, apparently, at this Mexican restaurant, you cannot order chips, even with any side of salsa you purchase! I said, “okay, well, may I request that chips are placed in our order please?” And she said she’ll add them if she has time and then literally hung up on me.

Maybe I pay closer attention to interactions like this because I’m a business owner. I would never treat clients this way and I’d be absolutely mortified if my employees ever did. If she’s an owner, she should be embarrassed. If she’s an employee, she should be fired immediately! There are other reviews about her on Google that reflect similar experiences and some patrons said they won’t return because of her. I also don’t plan on giving this place business again no matter how good the food is, as I have no interest in paying a business money to be treated poorly and like an annoyance - crazy.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant!! Service was great, the food was phenomenal, and the bill was small. I recommend the Mexican Sampler, the Crispy Relleno was so good!!! Also, the best salsa I've ever had at a restaurant hands down

Maybe the worst service I’ve ever had. I had a takeout order. When I got there, they took forever to get to me, and then made me wait 20 mins. Then they told me they didn’t have a record of my order and tried to just dismiss me. I’m not sure why. After much prodding and back and forth with this one lady who wouldn’t look me in the eyes and just kept saying “I don’t know”, I was told they would start making it now and it would be another 20 mins. There were no apologies or any indication that there was any inconvenience to me whatsoever
