The Omaha Community Playhouse is a Fun and easily accessible venue for local plays. I took my granddaughters to see Finding Nemo Jr. The seats were great and sound quality was excellent and the young actors were enthusiastic in their performances. We all enjoyed the hour long performance.

I’ve had so much fun at this community gift. Every show I’ve been to was fabulous and the team takes immense care of their guests! Get there early if you have elderly as parking can get tight close to showtime, but there is a wheelchair entrance ramp and wide hallways. Buy tickets to the next show, it’s a great way to see Omaha’s talent!

I took my child here for their summer camp program and I am highly disappointed in the entire experience.
My daughter (who is only 8) and her class were told by the teacher that the kids are free to express themselves and if they want to be a boy, they can be a boy. If they want to be a girl, they can be a girl. If they want to change their names to match their new genders, they will call them by their new names.
When my daughter questioned this (because who wouldn’t question this..? especially a pure little mind who doesn’t understand this yet) she was yelled at my the same teacher.
I confronted the teacher and she was very rude and didn’t take any responsibility for her words. I informed the program director and she only apologized.
I paid $200 for a week of theater camp and my daughter only went for three days due to this “teacher” and her treatment towards my child.
I do not recommend this program AT ALL. Not unless you are you with your children being coerced into being the opposite gender.

We had an amazing time and the staff was over the top for my cousin anf her family. They delt with the emotions of the family and they even accommodated when her body was to tired but still wanted to rock out to Today and Yesterday. If you haven't seen the Beatles Experience I highly reccomend seeing these amazing artists.

If you aren't attending on a semi-regular basis, you are missing out on one of Omaha's crown jewels. Keep this dream alive for another 100 years. Outstanding!

My wife, our son & I had a wonderful evening. It was our son's 1st time seeing A Christmas Carol. He really enjoyed it. Everyone on stage & behind the scenes did great. We just loved it. Great way 2 end a nice weekend. Happy Thanksgiving & Merry Christmas. ?

I attended the Bruce Crawford film event screening Raiders of the Lost Ark with special guest Ben Mankiewicz. Exceptional event in a great venue.
