I just wanted to drop a quick note to say a huge thank you for the amazing service I received from Lizzie McGhie. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole property letting process.

Lizzie's professionalism and friendly attitude made everything so easy and stress-free. She was always on top of things, quick to respond to any questions, and super helpful with all the details. It was clear that she really cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is spot on.

Her dedication and positive approach really stood out, and it made the whole experience a lot better than I could have hoped for. Thanks to her, I feel confident and happy with the decision to work with Curb.

As the owner of a rental property we approached Curb PSL about leasing a property to Edinburgh council for a period of years. Our contact throughout the whole process was Nadia Shahid. Nadia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process easy for us. Alway contactable, even out of working hours, meant we had the lease signed much earlier than expected.

I moved to one of their properties after becoming homeless. Me and my two kids. Such a lovely, very professional and welcomed approach towards all of us. I don't have enough words to thank them. They visit us every 12 weeks to make sure the property is ok and if any problems they send someone very fast to fix it. I just wish I will be able to rent out next property through them. ?

Absolutely shambles. Curb managed flats will make your and your family lives hell - and they won’t do anything after multiple complains.

Frequent domestic disturbances, substance abuse, loud parties, police attending incidents at unsocial hours. The flat managed by Curb is trashed by their “tenant” and they won’t do anything about it.

Absolutely no respect for neighbours and the community, even after frequent reports of anti-social behavior from MULTIPLE families and people.

They really need to start evicting those people who are ruining the community and causing nothing but trouble for their neighbours.
