Ci siamo stati una sola notte per andare a disneyland, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Albergo grande con una bella piscina e ristorante e minimarket. Camera molto grande, pulita, con due bei letti, caffè e tutti i comfort necessari. Ha un parcheggio riservato agli ospiti (a pagamento). Sarebbe stato bello passarci più giorni!!

Great option for visiting Disneyland, walking distance to the parks.

Vintage 60’s Space Age Googie architecture was cool, our 6 year old loved the glass elevator! Meanwhile rooms and interiors are clean and fully up to date. Sound proofing was 8/10, some exterior and hallway noise but overall we rested fine.

Decent pool with good sun exposure (we checked some others on google maps that had too much shade). Pool area could however use a bit of a refresh update.

Best value close to Disneyland, walking distance only 5 - 10 minutes. Resort is very clean. Hotel check-in was smooth, lobby looks good. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The resort is recently remodeled, the rooms look nice, towels feel new and fresh. 5-star, I’d give more stars if available.

We went here for a Disney trip in early September and despite a couple hiccups this hotel really impressed me with how they treated my fiancée and I and the state of the property! We arrived on August 31st and my only critique was it was a little tough having to wait 3 hours till our room was ready but we did arrive early and didn’t expect to get in, it just would’ve been nice as our hotel near Universal welcomed us right at 12pm, but I understand this is probably due to how busy this hotel can get. The pool was available to us, which is where we went to relax till our room was ready and we enjoyed a couple delicious drinks from the pool bar and got in to our room around 3:45pm. We walked to dinner that night at Ruth’s Chris steakhouse and had a great meal. There were another few restaurants quite close by as well as the all you can eat stone fire pizza buffet in the Hotel restaurant for the dinner hours. The hotel restaurant was incredibly impressive and our server was also outstanding! I ended up proposing to my fiancée our first day in Disneyland and I had pre-ordered a bottle of champagne for our room, so we would have it when we went back. Unfortunately there was some miscommunication between sales and the hotel staff so it was missed and took a bit to get organized, but they more then made up for it! We were giving the champagne with a delicious charcuterie board and selection of fresh fruits as a congratulations! We were also given full access to the club lounge for the duration of the trip. The manager handles this amazingly and truly made up for a miscommunication that can happen, but going above and beyond to make things right is rare these days. Our room was cleaned daily and it was a very accommodating room with a king sized bed for two people. We weren’t in the hotel too much, other than to sleep so when we do return we may opt for a bit of a cheaper option, but with this being a special trip this hotel was %100 the right choice. Thank you to all the staff at the front desk and the manager her for making things right and making things very memorable for my fiancée and I!

So, I was surprised how much parking was available. I came for a convention, the space was pretty big and you couldn't really hear anything from other spots unless the doors were open. The bathrooms were pretty clean considering the number of people of attendance. I am not sure if food was through hotel, but for it to be a convention, it was actually pretty good. There was also water and coffee that was constantly being refilled, not sure if this was the hotel or caterer, but it was nice to have. The area a little older, probably needs a refresh, but overall it was still nice. If I had to go to another event here, I would come again based on this experience.

Wonderful Disneyland hotel - they have everything you need from restaurants to laundry. Easy walk to the park so you don't need to rent or park a car.

Stanley and Krystal H, the front desk staff gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home.

In terms of constructive feedback, it would helpful to use the microwave in the hotel (not have to walk to the laundry room).

For elite members, consider giving credit for $x towards breakfast rather than requiring folks to have the buffet. The buffet is not as much vegetarian friendly and the buffet food quality is average. For this reason, we thought it was better to give guests the choice to design their own breakfast.

Overall, awesome hotel and we would return again in the future.

Ps: our room had a view of Disney fireworks which was great. ?

We recently stayed here for a family trip to Disneyland. Initially, the hotel was very clean, updated, the staff was friendly. Our first night was great. Our view was the pool. However, after spending the day in Disneyland, we returned to the hotel around 10:00 PM. As we entered, we heard super loud, thumping music coming from the pool area. As we entered our room, it was evident that there was an event or wedding happening. We were exhausted and really just wanted to go to sleep and prepare for the next day. After about 15 minutes, I called down to the front desk and complained. I was told that it was an event and that the hotel holds them quite often and should be over by 11:30 PM. This was a Sunday night! I was asked if I’d like to speak with a manager and I did. I explained that we were not given any notice about this event, we had small children and were exhausted. The music was vibrating our room. The event finally closed down at 11:45. I asked for some sort of compensation. I was given 50% off that night’s room rate as was my daughter and her family. The point being if you book this hotel ask for a room away from the pool and/or ask if they have a scheduled event any of your nights. Probably wouldn’t stay there again as there are so many hotels to choose from in the area. I’ve never experienced this in Anaheim.

This hotel for us was perfect for us in every sense. This is the second time we have stayed here. We use it as our base whilst in LA. Like everyone else has the place is clean, lovely and the staff are very friendly.|We paid the extra for the club lounge and this was seriously one of the best things that we’ve done and I’ll explain why. Out of the 8 days, we done 5 of them in theme parks. We filled ourselves up with breakfast in the lounge and due to the heat we took 6 bottles of water and filled our containers up with ice. Toast takes 10 to cook but doesn’t it everywhere? Scrambled eggs were nice and hot and all the drinks were top notch! Because of the weather was 35+ every day we came back to the hotel from the parks and just chilled! The children loved the pool and then went back into the club lounge for hot food and salads and cold meats and refreshing drinks! |One of things I really liked about the hotel was the mixture of guests , various conferences going on to tourists like ourselves. |3 complaints, (very very minor), the shower wasn’t powerful for us, there wasn’t enough space for all our clothes and the car parking fees. I get the fees but I just would’ve preferred to be included in the booking but at least it was discounted!
