Absolutely the WORST mechanic shop experience I’ve ever had!! Took my VW GTI in for a timing chain replacement + carbon cleaning service. I told them upfront before I brought the car in I had my own parts I purchased from ECS Tuning and they said NOTHING about being “responsible” for those parts and offered to perform the job with no problem. Then AFTER I paid them $1600 after waiting a week and a half and POLITELY asking them within that time for updates on the car, they kept saying “it’ll be ready tomorrow” several times! They returned my car back to me after I finally paid and to their credit, they did perform the main services and the car as a result ran better. However my car then had a MASSIVE oil leak along with bolts they left loose, coolant overfilled, and my washer fluid tube was completely broken! Had to then return my car back to them 4 times more just for the oil to still be leaking crazy after ensuring me it was good. THEN after I RIGHTFULLY let my frustrations known to them after being very nice, respectful and patient, they had the audacity to say “we’re not responsible for these parts since you supplied them with us” and give me an attitude back and talked down on me talking about “I’m trying to educate you”. So then why the heck didn’t you say that BEFORE Had you told me before I brought the car in I would’ve had you guys buy the parts or let alone save my time, money, and energy to go elsewhere where I wouldn’t have to deal with this insane stress!! On top of that they have not apologized or shown any remorse ONCE! I had to spend extra money on 4 different Ubers just to keep having a ride back home after dropping the car back to them and going there just so they can STILL return my car back to me with the same massive oil leak. Along with the overfilled coolant and broken washer fluid tube which they still did not fix or address it, I’ve decided to be VERY NICE and not bother them for those since it’s minor issues.

In conclusion they finally fixed the oil leak after 2 weeks of dealing with this nightmare for something that should’ve been taken care of and ensuring it’s done right in 2-3 days. On top of that my passenger door is now slightly scratched after getting it back from them for the 4th time. I’m not even sure how these guys have 5 star rating they must be paying AI or some random people just to write positive reviews. They don’t care about their customers and only care about the money! Never going back here again..

Do not take your car here, they do a poor job and will shake you for your hard earned money. They wanted replace a perfectly fine turbo for 5k … they changed a charge pipe and didn’t even connect it. Making my cars condition worse then I brought it in. Run away do not bring your cars here. Maybe others gave good review but in reality they don’t know how these mechanics robbed them. 0 stars

As others have recently shared do NOT take your car here. I had the misfortune of being hit by one of his employees who is unlicensed and was driving someone else’s BMW X3 on a Saturday afternoon with no insurance. He became hostile when I went to call the police to report the accident. He gave me Steven’s number (the owner) and told me he would fix my Toyota Camry without him “going to jail”. I suffer from anxiety and noticed the situation was escalating when I insisted we call the police. He had some other guy show up and I knew I had to get out of there.

Ok, so my car isn't brand new but the headlight was broken and there is noticeable damage to the front right side so when it was safe I called the owner that Monday to confirm that the man illegally driving the BMW was indeed an employee. Steven said he’d make it right and it’s been phone tag ever since. I went there in person and shook his hand and saw the employee that wrecked my baby and he told me he’d fix it. I have text messages between him and myself telling me to bring the car in for repair and paint then he goes quiet. It’s been over 2 months and I still can’t drive my baby at night. I’m 100% sure that the owner of that BMW wasn’t informed that their car was involved in an accident. Guess what though? I have the pictures that show the employee driving.

I was hoping Steven (considering I saved his employee some jail time) would have some integrity but apparently I’m SOL and will have to deal with this alternatively. I even offered to get my baby fixed and I could invoice him. Again, nothing.

If you love your car like I do, STAY AWAY. Also if you are the owner of grayish BMW that had your vehicle at this shop on 7/27 I’m sorry to say that your vehicle was involved in a wreck. Feel free to contact me and we both can pursue legal action together.

Amazing service ! Had my brakes and rotors replaced by Jordan Young. Very professional and knowledgeable guy! He really knows his stuff. I asked him to explain as he goes along and he did a great job doing so and lots of patience. Amazing work and customer service ! Highly recommend!

Never again. Dishonest mechanics. They failed to diagnose the problem correctly and wanted to change parts that didn’t need changing. Charged me for services they did perform and did a bad job on it as well. Leaving things unconnected. Save yourself time and money take your car elsewhere.

Called over the weekend and spoke to Steven on the phone. He seemed friendly and very knowledgeably on Porsches. Then upon taking my vehicle there he was and is very knowledgeable and also super friendly. I will take my vehicle there every time it needs work. Do yourself a favor and find an honest mechanic and Steven is one. If you ever need work done especially on Porsches or European vehicles take it here.

I took my son’s car (VW Passat) for a diagnostic check. I have never had a more pleasurable experience going to a mechanic shop. Very professional and honest person, he explained everything in detail and provided his recommendations, some that did not include performing work in his shop. Very knowledgeable mechanic…I will be utilizing this shop for future repairs. I highly recommend them!

Was referred here by my cousin and am so glad I took a chance. Steven is a great and honest guy. He took time to break things down and explain my cars issues and come up with solutions. His prices are just as amazing as the quality of his work. Never have I walked away from a mechanic and have a great feeling and trusted another mechanics work as much as I did Steven’s. 10/10 would recommend for any automotive needs.
