I saw Dr. Tunc Kiymaz at Rothman Orthopedic in Winter Park. They use a kiosk to sign in, but the front desk is willing to help you if you have difficulties. I didn’t, but witnessed their assistance with another. The assistants that finished my check in were both very kind and professional. First time wait seemed excessive, but they did have a lot of patients. In radiology the difficulty was no handrail of any kind to hang onto and when you are maneuvering a broken foot, it’s not easy to get into position. I’m speaking as a senior citizen. The second visit was easier of course. Both times the intake assistance (not sure if NP or PA) were very efficient and polite. Professional but caring. The doctor has a great bedside manner. Very attentive and listens to concerns. Showed the break and explained the plan of action during 1st and 2nd visit. Overall both visits were great.

Excelente Customer Service.
Dr. Kiymaz was very friendly and professional. Didn't have to wait for a long time to see him.
He listened very patiently to everything I had to say and explain to me very clearly what the treatment to the issue with my shoulders would be. I didn't feel any pain when he gave me the injection to my shoulder.
Great sense of humor..!!
